Fees below are inclusive of current VAT. All quotes are in Euros.

Low Income Countries*: 80,00 €

Regular registration (until December 4, 2024)

Consensus Participants: 400,00 €

Trainees/Residents 150,00 €

Onsite registration

Consensus Participants: 500,00 €

Trainees/Residents 170,00 €

Low Income Countries*: 120,00 €

*Emerging countries are those state as "low-income" and "lower-middle income" as per World Bank country classification. For a complete list of these countries, please check World Bank list here. Low-income economies are defined as those with a GNI per capita, calculated using the World Bank Atlas method, of $1,085 ore less in 2021

Fees include: admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks and light lunches

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the full registration fee plus a processing fee (20 Euros) and wire transfer or credit card costs will be applied for cancellations received by November 4, 2024
• No refund will be issued for cancellations received after November 4, 2024
• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail (info@symposium.it) to the congress secretariat.
• The congress organising committee and secretariat are not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, public order issues, strikes, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. No reimbursement will be made for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.
• The final decision on refunds rests with the congress organizers.
• All refunds will be made after the congress ending.
