Symposium Formazione is the Symposium business unit for education. We are working for educational and training projects all over Italy providing services for both in-person and virtual events.
Symposium is certified by the Italian Health Ministry as national provider (ID 6907) for continuous medical education (CME).
Our track record is composed of about 600 regional,
national and international events held all over Italy.
The science congress sector has always been Symposium’s favourite arena. Medicine and engineering are certainly well to the fore in this context but we have always been working for the organization of events on several different fields such as physics, geology, biology, agricultural and forest sciences, mathematics and many others. Since our company was founded in 1993, we have been working with national and international associations, universities, health care organizations.
Symposium can also be the ideal partner for those engaged in the promotion of cultural events of all kinds, from meetings on topics drawn from history or current affairs to theatrical shows . We boast professional experiences with prestigious bodies such as the Teatro Stabile of Torino, the UN International Labour Office and Unione Camere Penali (Italian Union of Criminal Chambers).
Through its equally efficient handling of both consensus conferences with a few
highly qualified delegates, and major national and international congresses
with thousands of participants, Symposium has built up an experience that
enables it to take the flexible and smooth management of events of every kind
in its stride. Besides event organization, Symposium is also working as official administrative secretariat for scientific associations.
We have been working for about 30 years in the event organization field. We know that improvements in our services require a vision of overall quality, a combination
of professional skills, experience, and performance. According to our professional philosophy, quality must be the answer to all operational questions. That's why we do not consider having a formal quality certification as the most important thing but we do believe it is just a further evidence of our commitment to professional continuous improvement.

events. Our quality procedures include specific guidelines for continuous medical education events and sustainable meetings.
We always try to be uptodate in a constatly evolving profession. With this is mind, Symposium has recently become one of the few Italian companies in MICE sector which can boast a Meeting and Event Manager quality certification according to the new Standard UNI 11786.
We are also certified as Trusted Partner of MedtTech, the international association representing the medical technology industry, for our commitment to respect ethical rules in medical congress organization.
Symposium is part of the national and international network of the meeting industry. We are members of the main national association Federcongressi, of the Torino tourist and convention bureau Turismo Torino and, last but not least, of MPI, Meeting Professionals International, one of the main international association in the MICE industry.
Sustainability for events means taking action towards preserving our natural environment promoting a healthy, inclusive society; and supporting a thriving economy.
Symposium is moving in this
direction. We have started and are implementing our own environmental and
