REGISTRATION FEES

Master's Student Registration Fee: 150,00 € (Italian VAT included)

PhD Student Registration Fee: 250,00 € (Italian VAT included)

Post Doc Registration Fee: 250,00 € (Italian VAT included)

Registration deadline: September 22, 2025

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations are to be requested by September 19, 2025.
  In case of cancellation a processing fee (20 Euros) and wire transfer or credit card costs will be applied.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations received after September 19, 2025.
• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail (info@symposium.it) to the admistrative secretariat. 
• A limited number of reimbursements for fees and travel support are available. Requests can be submitted with the abstract. For queries, please contact quantum.timekeepers@inrim.it
• The School organizers is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, public order issues, strikes, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. No reimbursement will be made for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departures.
• The final decision on refunds rests with the School organizers.
• All refunds will be made after the School ending.
