CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of registration cancellation, which must be made in writing via email (info@symposium.it), the following refund conditions will apply:

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the full registration fee plus a processing fee (20 Euros) and wire transfer or credit card costs will be applied for cancellations received by March 6, 2026
• No refund will be issued for cancellations received after March 6, 2026

The Organizing Committee and the Congress Secretariat cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, such as adverse weather conditions, public disturbances, strikes, or similar events. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be made for late arrivals, unused services, or early departures from the congress.

The final decision regarding refunds rests with the Congress Organizers.

All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the congress.
 

INVOICES

Please note that proforma invoices and advance invoices are not provided for. Invoices are issued exclusively upon receipt of payment.
